Terms of Service

1. Who we are
This website and interface (the "Interface") are provided by Stormbit Labs Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore ("Stormbit Labs", "we"). We develop software. The Interface displays information about, and enables direct user interaction with, smart contracts deployed on public blockchains (the "Protocol").
2. What we are not
We do not act as your broker, dealer, exchange, agent, adviser, custodian, trustee or fiduciary. We do not take deposits, do not make loans to you, do not execute transactions for you, do not hold, control or have access to your assets, and do not provide investment, legal or tax advice. Transactions you enter through the Protocol are entered by you, from your own wallet, with independent counterparties, on terms you accept before signing.
3. The Protocol
The Protocol consists of smart contracts that hold transaction collateral under their coded rules and settle outcomes at expiry by reference to published price sources. No withdrawal key over user collateral is held by Stormbit Labs or any affiliate. Certain administrative functions (including [CONFIRM: parameter setting, pause, upgrade and manager roles as deployed]) exist and are described in the documentation; we do not exercise discretion over any user's transaction.
4. Eligibility and access
The Interface is made available on an invite-only basis and is not directed at, or intended for, persons in jurisdictions where use would be unlawful, including persons in the United Kingdom and persons subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or Singapore. You are responsible for the laws that apply to you. We may restrict access by geography, wallet or account state.
5. No offer
Nothing on the Interface is an offer, solicitation or recommendation of any transaction or investment, in any jurisdiction. Information displayed (including any indicative pricing) is provided for your evaluation and is not a commitment until a transaction is executed on-chain under its own terms.
6. Risk
Digital assets and smart-contract transactions involve substantial risk, including price risk, counterparty non-performance, oracle and network failure, smart-contract defects, and the loss of some or all value you commit. Defined payoff structures limit certain outcomes within a single term; they do not guarantee profit, do not protect against all loss, and protection applicable to one term does not extend beyond it. Past outcomes do not predict future ones. You accept these risks by using the Interface.
7. Fees
Any protocol or program fees are stated at the point of transaction before you sign.
8. Intellectual property; licence
The Interface and our software are our property or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Interface for its intended purpose.
9. Disclaimers; liability
The Interface and the Protocol are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with the Interface is limited to SGD 100, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of any blockchain network, wallet provider, counterparty or other third party.
10. Regulatory status
Stormbit Labs is a software development company. It does not hold licences for regulated financial services and does not provide them. The regulatory characterization of the Protocol and of specific transactions may differ by jurisdiction; nothing in these terms is a representation about the law of your jurisdiction.
11. Changes; termination
We may amend these terms or discontinue the Interface at any time; the current version applies from posting. Amendments do not affect transactions already executed on-chain.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore; the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we waive any right to participate in class proceedings to the extent permitted by law.
